Frontline Safety guarantees its products for a period of one year from the original date of purchase, with the exception of apparel. All apparel products have a 90 day warranty. This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product fails during the warranty period due to manufacturing or material defect, then Frontline Safety will repair or replace with a like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, sun damage, or the natural breakdown of colours and material over time.


Warranty Procedure

Step 1. Phone our Head Office on 1300 728 270 or 02 4961 2100 to report the defect with the product you purchased. Our qualified team will assist you in confirming the product's warranty period and coverage.   

Step 2. If the product's defect falls within the terms of our warranty, our team will produce a Return Authorisation Order. This will be emailed to you at the email address provided. Please print this order form and enclose within product packaging.

Step 3. Package the product to be returned with the Return Authorisation Order and return to our Head Office via Express Post, Registered Post, or courier. The return address is as follows:
